We are currently looking to add a client-focused, highly-organized individual with strong english communication skills who can fill the role of asset coordinator to help support our vfx team. Responsibilities manage and lead qa for files assemble weekly project reports track updates from artists, leads, and clients organize submissions for delivery to client kick off assets approved by the art director organize and prepare materials for team distribution assist with meeting notes from project manager assist with asset submissions requirements previous production coordinator experience in the gaming industry and/or app development (mobile, vr, etc) experienced in microsoft office/sharepoint, adobe suite, google docs/sheets and at least one project tracking tool (monday, jira, shotgrid, pureref, etc) strong organizational and detail-oriented skills working with weekly reporting, file sharing, note taking, file transfer/submissions, etc proactive personality with ability to work collaboratively and independently bonus points a solid understanding of vfx fundamentals
