we are looking for an *insurance manager* (operations manager) with knowledge on health insurance providers (medical insurances) from the u.s. and their policies.
- *responsibilities*:_
- overseeing the hiring and training of the staff.
- efficiently managing the insurance department.
- planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing.
- monitor all kpi's and improve automation workflow.
- coordinating with medical staff to ensure that charts are sealed on time.
- develop sop's and develop and oversee the training program.
- collaborate with the us-based counterpart.
- additional duties as assigned.
- *requirements*:_
- bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, health care administration, or related field.
- proven experience in healthcare.
- sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- excellent customer service skills.
- the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
