Overview
QA Manual Tester with P&C; Experience - Remote in Mexico
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of manual testing activities for P&C; insurance applications.
- Drive the entire QA program in an offshore/onshore model and setup the QA Team.
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts in collaboration with the testing team.
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
- Defect reporting and tracking using defect tracking tools. ALM/ADO is preferred.
- Experience working with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall models.
- Must have work experience in various manual testing areas - Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing and End-to-End Testing.
Qualifications
- Manual Test Lead with experience of 8+ years in P&C; insurance domain.
- Should be well acquainted with STLC and exposure to all phases of SDLC.
