academic background:
- bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, quality assurance engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field.
- master's degree preferred.
- advanced english (must have).
- iso 9000:2015 and iso 14001 certified auditor preferred.
- knowledge of lean manufacturing, six sigma, and kaizen events.
work experience:
- 8 years minimum as a production superintendent, plant manager or dealing and negotiating with clients.
- experience with manufacturing and quality systems, improvement projects, standard work programs, honor roll, etc.
- experience with cost and budgeting systems.
- experience in logistics for handling and scheduling a wide variety of product types.
- experience working with us teams to provide the best service and quality of products.
- functional usage of ai.
