Job Purpose
Responsibilities
- Monitor faults during your shift and report issues from other areas through SIP, FTQ, and other records, ensuring proper attention and correction of the process.
- Approve materials on production lines by comparing requirements against inspections to ensure continuous operation.
- Register, segregate, identify, and dispose of non-compliant products by issuing an NCMR for transfer to quarantine areas.
- Conduct random monitoring of statistical results as defined in the CEP to identify problems related to instability and low capability.
