responsibilities
* process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing/activating room keys.
* process all payment types (room charges, cash, checks, debit, credit) and process all check-outs, including resolving late or disputed charges.
* answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns; coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness.
* communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors and coordinate bell/valet staff as needed.
* provide guests with directions and information about the property and local areas of interest.
* run daily reports (arrivals, departures), identify special requests, and verify report accuracy.
* complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system; cash personal checks and travelers checks; balance and drop receipts per accounting specifications.
* follow all company safety, security, and quality assurance policies; maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; protect company assets.
* welcome and acknowledge guests per standards; anticipate service needs and assist guests with disabilities; communicate with guests using professional language and etiquette.
* develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; lift/carry/move objects as needed (up to 10 pounds).
* perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

* advanced english, spoken and written.
* full-time position; willingness to work holidays, weekends, rotating shifts; 8-hour shifts.
* education: high school diploma required or desirable.
