- Curate and facilitate cultural, culinary, and wellness experiences tailored to each guest’s profile
- Maintain discreet and continuous communication to deliver seamless, impeccable service
- Update guest history records and report relevant observations to enhance future stays
- Address requests and unexpected situations with elegance, efficiency, and emotional sensitivity
Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury hospitality or personalized butler-style service
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with outstanding communication skills
