associate to help us better understand the market, anticipate trends, and turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
*what you'll do*
- act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the business, building strong relationships with leadership.
- build and maintain competitive intelligence models that track market performance and competitor activity.
- develop dashboards and analytical tools to monitor key business kpis and provide visibility into market dynamics.
- conduct exploratory and statistical analyses to identify competitor behavior, market shifts, and growth opportunities.
- use python and sql to build models and work efficiently with large datasets.
- translate technical findings into clear business strategies for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
*what you'll need*
- a minimum of 5 years of experience in business strategy, business intelligence, consulting, analytics, strategy & planning, or any related fields with at least 2 years working directly with complex datasets.
- full professional fluency in spanish and english.
- proficiency in python and sql for developing models and extracting insights from large datasets.
- strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate and analyze market trends.
- has a solid understanding of statistics, modeling, and regressions (a curious, analytical mindset is a big plus).
- excellent attention to detail, balanced with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently.
- strong communication and storytelling skills-able to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
