* communicate in english (and preferably spanish) with us‑based stakeholders.
* assess whether a loan is at risk and elevate when necessary.
* make informed recommendations, including pausing or canceling loans based on performance.

* ensure properties are secured and maintained when taken into possession.

* maintain accurate asset documentation and notes within the company's systems.
* support the development of improved internal processes and systems as they evolve.

* ability to pull and analyze power bi reports (dashboard creation not required).
* comfortable working with manual reports and building structured tracking systems.
* advanced english (c1 or above).
* spanish (c1 or above) due to the large volume of spanish‑speaking customers.
soft skills & cultural fit
* strong analytical thinking and ability to identify red flags in project progress.

* comfortable making decisions once trained, while also knowing when to ask questions.
* strong communication skills and professionalism in handling clients and vendors.
