Your role
as a controller, you will be responsible for planning and managing plant financial resources, providing decision‑making information to guarantee and optimize financial performance and competitiveness, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the site’s financial information in accordance with group and division policies.
responsibilities
* general ledger management: overseeing the general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
* financial variance analysis, planning, and reporting (monthly result, weekly financial flash, monthly forecast, budget).
* responsible for the complete costing process.
* kpi development, monitoring, and control.
* operational and financial internal controls, development, monitoring, and control.
* investment projects process control – capex.
* responsible for the technical development plan career of people under your charge.
your background
* bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar area.
* more than 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* advanced level proficiency in english.
* highly skilled in accounting and financial processes.
* preparation & accuracy on financial statements (balance sheet, p&l, cash flow).
* cost accounting and costing process experience.
* internal control (financial and operational).
* strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis.
