we are hiring a recruiter - north america to join our dynamic global talent acquisition team. In this role, you will lead and execute recruitment processes across north america. You will be joining a global team who is passionate about bringing the best talent to steelcase while acting as an advisor and trusted partner to the business.
what you will be doing:
* lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for various roles across north america (mexico & us)
* develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* advise hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
* analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the process.
* maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ats) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
* ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
* build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
* stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

minimum qualifications
* bachelor’s degree on business, human resources, psychology, or related.
* minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
* advanced english is a must.
* in-depth knowledge of recruiting and sourcing methodologies.
* experience with applicant tracking systems (ats), linkedin recruiter, among other job boards.
