* minimum 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst
* hands‑on experience with system integration projects and data migration initiatives
* proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid)
* strong understanding of database concepts, sql queries, and data analysis
* experience with requirements management tools (jira, confluence, azure devops, etc.)
* familiarity with api technologies, web services, and integration patterns
* knowledge of reporting and analytics tools (tableau, power bi, etc.)
* advanced proficiency in microsoft excel, visio, and powerpoint
* excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
* strong written and verbal communication skills
* ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
