you will be responsible for designing and executing training and development strategies that ensure compliance with legal, customer, and internal requirements, while enhancing employee skills and organizational performance.key responsibilities include:training & compliance- lead and execute the annual training plan- ensure compliance with customer, legal (stps), and internal requirements- manage training records, evidence, and audits (iatf, iso, etc.)- coordinate onboarding and institutional training programs- manage training systems (lms, plex, adp)- control and optimize training budgettalent development- drive performance management processes (goals, reviews, development plans)- identify and develop high-potential talent (hipo's)- coach internal trainers and strengthen learning capabilities- lead development initiatives aligned with organizational strategyadditional responsibilities- ensure compliance with internal excellence systems- support talent acquisition processes- maintain organizational structure updates- lead compliance with nom-035what are we looking for?
? Degree in psychology, business administration, or related? 2+ years of experience in hr (training & organizational development preferred)? Strong knowledge of training processes and legal requirements (stps)? Experience with lms platforms and hr systems?
