generate and qualify new business leads

conduct showroom consultations and site visits to
understand client needs
and provide tailored solutions.
collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
stay up-to-date with the latest trends in high-end kitchens, bathrooms, and natural stone applications.
negotiate and close sales deals while delivering an exceptional
5-star client experience

maintain and update crm records, ensuring accurate tracking of sales and client interactions.
assist with showroom management, networking events, and brand awareness initiatives.
support marketing efforts, including
social media engagement and digital campaigns

requirements
5+ years of experience in business development or sales
within the high-end kitchen, bath, or luxury interiors industry.
proven
track record of exceeding sales targets
and building strong client relationships.
strong understanding of
luxury materials, natural stone, cabinetry, furniture and bespoke interior design solutions
.
excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
proficiency in crm systems and a willingness to engage in social media marketing efforts.
existing network
of architects, designers, and high-end residential clients is a plus.
