Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You'll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. responsibilities:
* maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
* contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
* use crm to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
* track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
* gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
* reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
* work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale
* price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
* prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
* present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
* answer the phone with live connections
* make outbound calls to existing leads for follow-up
* nurture leads daily
* available to work evenings and weekends, 40+ hours a week
* attend all meetings and ongoing training
* comfortable making videos
qualifications:
* must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
* +1 year of real estate sales experience
* candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
* valid u.s. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
* high school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
* minimum of 2 years in the field
