*responsibilities*:
- responsible for using market and customer insights to define region (or country) market strategy, including product offering, pricing, positioning, distribution and promotion to drive the overall success of the business.
- define, build and activate go-to-market strategies to expand penetration and category share, including marketing the organization's products and services using customer databases, creating marketing campaigns and targeting specific market segments with specialized offers.
- may manage 1 or more products or product lines across a country or region.
- may include a focus on regional strategic innovation or strategic pricing.
- may serve as the link between sales and marketing teams, identify local market objectives and focus on local marketing plans to drive sales.
experience and qualifications
- business/marketing degree, engineering with marketing background
- 4- 5 years of relevant experience in marketing within medical devices / pharmaceutical companies
- comprehensive understanding of marketing ecosystems
- analysis acumen and experience with developing marketing research deliverables.
- results oriented; ability to design solutions to address business challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality work projects on time; attentive to details
- manage a high volume of projects simultaneously and maintain high quality deliverables
- ability to work across boundaries and partner with various stakeholders to build consensus and achieve business results
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish
