we're hiring! Finance & administration manager
location: mexico city
travel: 25-30% per month across mexico + occasional trips to monterrey and guadalajara
industry: manufacturing (paper, hardware, or similar industrial sectors)
responsibilities
* lead and manage finance, administration, and hr operations (17+ direct reports).
* design and oversee the company\'s annual budget, financial planning, and risk management.
* ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and labor regulations.
* negotiate with banks and financial institutions.
* implement cost-control strategies and profitability analysis.
* supervise payroll, benefits, and compliance with labor law.
* support strategic business decisions with financial insights.
requirements
* bachelor\'s degree in accounting or business administration (cpa or equivalent).
* 10+ years of experience in finance & administration leadership roles.
* proven background in manufacturing industries (paper, hardware, or similar).
* strong team leadership experience (managing teams of 15+).
* advanced english (written and spoken).
* high-level proficiency in excel and erp systems (intelisis or similar: sap b1, netsuite, microsoft dynamics 365, odoo, epicor, totvs).
* strong knowledge of fiscal, accounting, and labor compliance.
* availability to travel (25-30% of the month).
