cleverly is in hyper‐growth with 800+ clients, and our new cold calling service is scaling fast. We need an sdr manager to manage cold callers for * clients (mostly smaller clients selling into smbs). Your core responsibility is training and coaching sdrs to exceed kpis for clients. You must live in latam and speak fluent english because our sdrs live in latam and call american leads.

the role: sdr manager (ft remote)
* strategize outbound lead generation campaigns for 30 clients, ongoing.
* drive results for clients and retain clients.
* write call scripts for your clients.
* build strategic targeting lists.
* train new sdrs, coach them to exceed kpis of 3 meetings booked per week at an above‐average show rate.
* replace underperforming sdrs.
* work closely with our recruiting and fulfillment partners.
* work closely with the head of our cold calling division and our account managers to rapidly improve the service, our results for clients and our client experience.
perfect fit
* at least 2 years experience as an outbound sdr making cold calls, with proven results using numbers/kpis.
* managed outbound sdrs and gtm systems.
* experience cold calling at high volumes while meeting quotas.
* written outbound scripts (cold emails, call scripts).
* technical understanding of data enrichment tools, crms, marketing automation, power dialers, cold email platforms, email infrastructure, clay, etc.
* able to handle a large workload with high standards.
* high business acumen (innate ability to understand people and business).
* process oriented and systemic in your approach; organized and creative.
* willing to go the extra mile for clients and take ownership.
* energetic when talking to people and can maintain that energy all day.
compensation & benefits
* base + commission.
* pay range: $2,000 /month–$3,000 /month usd plus commissions paid on total shown qualified meetings across all your sdrs.
* commission is based on revenue under management (increases over time until capacity), performance and churn rate.
* uncapped pto within reason.
* optional half‐day fridays as long as work is done.
