Responsibilities
* support rms in structuring short‑ and long‑term financing solutions.
* identify and assess risks to ensure proper mitigation and compliance with mexican banking regulation and hsbc internal policies.
* prepare credit applications fully written in english, including financial statement analysis, industry analysis and annual projections to assess repayment capacity.
* monitor portfolio compliance (financial and non‑financial terms), identify negative trends and ensure completeness of credit files to facilitate payments and disbursements.
* engage with clients to follow up documentation and obtain first‑hand information for monitoring and new business opportunities.
* coordinate with internal support teams (spreading, file monitoring, operations, legal).
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in economics, actuarial science, financial management, accounting, industrial engineering, chemical engineering or related.
* proficient english (written and spoken).
* strong financial statement analysis skills.
* basic knowledge of derivatives.
* strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple deliverables; proactive communication and teamwork.
