the primary goal of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication, both verbally and in writing. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support via various channels.

responsibilities:

* maintain daily communication with the team and adhere to productivity standards.
* receive and respond to customer calls, emails, and trouble tickets for both incidents and service requests.
* address high and critical priority tickets/projects according to established standard operating procedures.

* utilize formal work instruction (wi) documents and other documented knowledge to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* ensure escalations are handled professionally, consistently, and promptly.

requirements:

* high school graduation or equivalent required
* itsm certification preferred, itsm foundation training mandatory

qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service
