what we’re looking for (real match):
* strong technical background the candidate must have 6–10+ years of experience as a software developer. Tech stack can vary (java, .net, c#, etc.), but they must have hands-on experience building real products and applications. How to identify? Candidates must have worked with teams outside of latam—preferably india, the u.s., or europe—and understand cultural and communication dynamics. How to validate?
