* coordinating hr activities across departments to maintain alignment with company-wide goals.
* stepping in to handle other hr-related tasks as needed.
what you bring:
* demonstrated success in hr leadership roles with strategic responsibilities.
* strong understanding of hr systems, tools, and data-driven decision-making.
* visionary mindset with the ability to lead and influence at all levels.
* excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* solid grasp of employment law and current hr practices.
* u.s. Hr experience
* 5+ years in a human resources management role.
* bachelor’s degree in hr, business, or related field; advanced hr certifications (e.g., shrm-cp, shrm-scp) preferred.
* proficient english skills (verbal and written).
