in this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring machinery runs smoothly through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, leading a team of skilled technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage spare parts and resources, participate in iso audits, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. We're looking for someone hands-on, results-driven, and committed to operational excellence.
qualifications
experience: 3–6 years in industrial maintenance.
knowledge of:
* preventive and corrective maintenance
* tpm, 5s, six sigma
* sap, autocad, office tools
english: advanced technical level.
