key responsibilities
* analyze production failures and introduce and/or track remedial actions.
* support production to ascertain the cause of faults, including claims processing.
* analyze customer returns, document results (analysis stage 1).
* analyze and test returned and failed/rejected parts; document results and inform related departments.
* monitor the quality of material, products, and operating equipment through checks; determine fault causes and initiate corrective actions.
* accept internal complaints and conduct discussions to identify and correct fault causes.
* evaluate and release reworked parts, assemblies, and devices.
* create and maintain necessary quality statistics.
* support implementation of measures to reduce rework, scrap, and non‑quality costs.
* perform additional tasks related to this position, including assessing improvement suggestions and ensuring compliance with industrial safety and environmental protection measures.

* analizar y probar piezas rechazadas o retornadas; documentar resultados e informar a las áreas correspondientes.
* monitorear la calidad de materiales, productos y equipos mediante inspecciones y pruebas.
* recibir y gestionar quejas internas; identificar causas y dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas.
* evaluar y liberar piezas retrabajadas, ensambles y dispositivos.
* elaborar y actualizar estadísticas e indicadores de calidad (scrap, tiempos muertos, retrabajos).
* apoyar en la implementación de mejoras para reducir fallas, scrap y costos de no calidad.
* cumplir con las medidas de seguridad industrial y medio ambiente.
qualifications
* education/vocational training: no degree/engineering required.
* work experience: minimum 1 year as electronic auditor or similar role focused on pcba.
