- preferably a person with an accounting profile.
- solid knowledge of accounting rules under banking regulations, mexican financial reporting standards, us gaap and international audit standars.
- highly required to have the ability to communicate in the english language that allows to address issues with us team.
- it is highly desirable that have experience in companies of the financial services sector and/or in regulated sofomes.
- advanced use of microsoft tools, preferably a person with knowledge in alteryx.
- experience in using erp systems (sap).
The position activities consider mainly the following activities:
- prepare inputs required for credit loss reserve determination in monthly basis as well as regulatory reporting required to be delivered.
- analyzes accounting and operating records booked in the general ledger in order to determine relevant variances.
- prepare information on a monthly routine to provide to the tax team to be in compliance with tax requirements.
- capable to prepare accounting reconciliations in monthly basis.
- ability for downloading monthly reports from operating systems.
- participate as an evaluator for the annual controls testing campaign.
- self-management of accounting journal entries (us gaap & mex gaap) and reconciliations to guarantee completion of all activities under their charge.
- contribute to quarterly schedules preparation whose information will be consolidated with all other regions of ford motor credit company and filings with sec.
- capable to prepare and update internal accounting procedures.
- prepare in a manually way electronic invoice (cfdi's).
