- strong proficiency in jira for agile project management, including backlog management, sprint planning, and reporting
- understanding of gcp services, api interfaces, and interaction, cicd pipeline is preferred.
- knowledge of user interface tools like aem is preferred.

- analyze business requirements related to salesforce crm domain and recommend solutions to meet business objectives.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with overall business strategy.
- participate in requirements gathering, design, and testing phases of the software development life cycle.
- develop detailed business requirements documentation, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and feedback.
- facilitate discussions with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and ensure that solutions are feasible.
- work with development teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
- assist in the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
- identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.
