the vision is to achieve the long-term strategic and tactical sales and distribution plan for the monster brand portfolio in support of the company’s business objectives. In this position, you will develop and implement the long-term strategic and tactical sales and distribution plan for the monster brand portfolio, supporting the company's objectives. Manage distributor/bottler business results in the coca cola operating unit's assigned region/district and be responsible for the company's success in that territory. This is accomplished through effective distributor management skills, solid fieldwork skills (negotiation, visits, and market execution), and the ability to develop strong relationships.

1. manage relationships with distributors and some customers in the assigned territory, and be responsible for market execution in both traditional trade and modern trade.

6. monitor market/retailer activity to develop cost-effective strategies to increase volume and profitability.
7. develop and manage partnerships to improve performance.
8. use objective tools, information, and feedback to establish performance goals and results for the region and area.
9. conduct business performance reviews with distributors/bottlers to track, monitor, and adjust efforts for key business segments.
10. receive sales information for the region from the bottler/region.
11. ensure targeted use of sales tools and programs and oversee their execution by distributors.
12. collaborate with national sales and regional account management teams to understand and communicate customer programs and activities.
13. set, communicate, and manage performance expectations, monitor and evaluate employee results, and develop sales staff through training and growth opportunities.
14. ensure the sales team understands and adheres to company standards and procedures.
