Industrial Engineer
As a key player in our manufacturing operations, you will focus on optimizing production processes to drive efficiency and quality. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to create product specifications and functional test plans.
- Drive Design for Excellence (DFx) in the early product design stage to ensure high-quality products.
- Support new product introductions by collaborating with research and development teams.
- Ensure product quality during new product introduction (NPI) and mass production phases.
We apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve cycle times. You will analyze and optimize workflows, conduct time and motion studies, and monitor process performance using statistical analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process engineering within electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with surface mount technology (SMT) processes, equipment (pick & place, reflow ovens, automated optical inspection (AOI)), and radio frequency (RF) assembly/testing.
