as process compliance manager, you'll play a key role in deploying and governing our shared service model, ensuring seamless transitions, efficient process flows, and continuous improvement across our hotels. This role reports directly to the director of financial shared services – hyatt inclusive collection and requires a strong understanding of hotel finance operations and process optimization.
what you’ll do:
• lead the transition to shared services with minimal disruption
• adapt and optimize systems to meet unique customer needs
• collaborate across functions and levels to drive effective process changes
• identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency strategies
• develop standard procedures and training for ssc and hotel teams
• build strong relationships with process owners and key stakeholders
• coordinate with global ssc teams, including chicago headquarters
• travel to delivery centers and properties as required
what we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of hotel finance experience
• bachelor’s degree in accounting or business
• english proficiency (b2 or higher)
• experience leading month end close processes
• strong knowledge of tools like oracle ebs, opera, blackline, excel, and more
• effective communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
• experience as assistant director of finance or chief accountant is a plus
