*qualifications & skills*
✔ bachelor's degree in hr, business, psychology, or a related field. A master's or hr certification is a plus.
✔ 5+ years of hrbp experience, ideally within the it services industry or a technology-driven organization.
✔ expertise on federal and state hr employment laws, and compliance requirements in the us & canada.
✔ excellent communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
✔ comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments across time zones.
✔ high cultural intelligence and sensitivity to diverse workforces.
✔ proficient in english
