Plan and execute changes such as but not limited to material changes, product design changes, bom updates, changes to the assembly processes, manufacturing and quality procedure updates, validation of new test methods, line transfers and associated qualifications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously such as quality improvement including capas, cost reduction projects, business continuity projects, and new product development projects. Create and drive project timelines.improve process yield, reduce scrap and waste, and reduce non-conformances.present data in clear and concise method. Perform and document engineering studies.adhere to good manufacturing practices, company policies, and engineering standards. Knowledge and skillsworking knowledge of basic statistics such t-test, cpk analysis, boxplots, histograms, normal probability analysis. Understanding of pfmea (process failure mode effect analysis), gage r&r, value stream maps, and process flow chartsworking knowledge of solidworks – create 3d models and assembly, stack-up analysis, creating drawing, and dimensioning.
