the it and digital learning partner will be a strategic driver in shaping and executing impactful learning frameworks, specializing in it & digital capabilities. It will enable our people to thrive in a rapidly evolving technology landscape by fostering future‑ready talent.
what you’ll do:
learning & development strategy for it & digital transformation
* lead a companywide it & digital learning strategy aligned with business goals, the technology roadmap, and future talent needs.
* identify current and future digital skill gaps and create development pathways for employees to build expertise in emerging technologies and digital tools.
* serve as the central digital learning expert, partnering with hr, it, and business leaders to support transformation goals and promote a culture of continuous digital innovation and knowledge sharing.
design & delivery of it & digital learning programs
* design and deliver integrated learning solutions across digital, in‑person, and hybrid formats, ensuring engaging and scalable development for technical, behavioral, and digital skills.
* use learning technologies and analytics (lms/lxp, virtual labs, collaboration tools, metrics, feedback) to enhance learner experience and continuously improve program effectiveness.
* collaborate with external vendors and experts to provide high‑quality, innovative digital training content and solutions.
stakeholder partnership & collaboration in talent development
* partner with it, data, and digital teams to identify critical capabilities, reskilling needs, and opportunities to strengthen internal knowledge‑sharing networks.
* guide business learning partners and leaders while facilitating workshops, communities of practice, and global initiatives that expand digital fluency at all levels.
* promote inclusive, accessible learning pathways and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge exchange across the organization.
what is required:
* bachelor's degree in information technology, education, organizational development, human resources, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing digital learning programs, ideally in a multinational or matrixed environment.
* strong program management, consulting, and communication skills
* proficiency with digital learning platforms, virtual learning environments, and analytics tools
* demonstrated ability to partner with diverse stakeholders and influence business outcomes through learning
* understanding of digital transformation, it infrastructure, or software development life cycles is highly desirable
* english advanced proficiency required
