*responsibilities*:
- develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures
- oversee the maintenance and repair of all company vehicles
- develop and maintain a vehicle inspection program
- monitor and maintain all vehicle registrations and licenses
- ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- coordinate with drivers, mechanics and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe use of company vehicles
- communicate status of vehicles with pending maintenance and repairs
- maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance and repairs
- analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
- manage fuel and maintenance budgets
- perform other related duties as assigned
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
- knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair best practices
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- enthusiasm to learn
- sharepoint (preferred)
- experience at working with senior and executive management
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- microsoft office
