as* supervisor de kronos/ukg* *your responsibilities would consist of:
- oversee the day-to-day administration of ukg pro, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- serve as the primary point of contact for all ukg pro-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end-users.
- provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing questions, and facilitating knowledge transfer to maximize system utilization.
- collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization within ukg pro.
- implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of hr data within ukg pro.
qualifications:

- bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, human resources, industrial engineer or related field.
- advanced english
- proven experience ukg pro and certifications in ukg pro administration or related fields.
