*responsibilities*:
- administrative responsibility for all selected regions operations controls, and investments.
- provide programmatic coaching and guidance to develop, maintain and implement a community development strategic plan for the selected regions area.
- serve on the senior leadership team and work jointly on procedures and processes that enable high-level execution of goals and objectives.
- lead the selected regions team to consistent high performance with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
- recruit, develop and maintain diverse talent. Developing their leadership and competencies and creating a collaborative and high performing team culture.
- manage relationships at the highest levels of municipal government and with the leadership of local and national nonprofit organizations.
- develop programs and initiatives with municipal, nonprofits, advocates and other stakeholders that will qualify for philanthropic investments that fulfill citi’s regulatory obligations
- collaborate internally on the design of initiatives, data collection, execution and progress and scale and replication in other citi markets.
- work closely with the citi foundation on flagship and volunteer initiatives.
- deliver highly visible opportunities and validation from municipal partners and key external stakeholders.
- assess local reputation risks to franchise; interface with key local advocates and stakeholders, and work closely with national initiatives director for both local and national advocates.
- identify consumer protection issues that should be escalated to manage risk.
- participate as a key member of the selected regions leadership council with senior business leadership of citi business lines and work closely with government affairs and the public sector group.
- responsible for monitoring local performance data provided by the fair lending unit; and discuss strategies as appropriate to address issues.
- meet obligations and be exam ready at all times.
- meet performance goals for grants and services
- adhere to the budget processes.
- represent citi at public events, meetings, and public relations opportunities.
- serve on selected regions area nonprofit boards and help to position and support senior management on nonprofit boards; develop and implement strategy for community development services in assessment areas.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in financial services, public service or community/economic development
- 8-10+ years of management experience
- direct and recent experience working with senior management of municipal government

- bachelors degree, potentially masters degree and managerial experience

Este rol estará a cargo de la estrategia de gestión cultural y sus planes correspondientes, como de las exposiciones, publicaciones, el programa de apoyo a los grandes maestros del arte popular, los proyectos de desarrollo académico, así como la administración y programación de las casas de cultura al interior de la república, y la difusión de la colección pictórica de banamex, las colecciones de arte popular y su patrimonio documental. Asimismo, será responsable de la maduración e implementación transversal de procesos, mecanismos y dispositivos de gestión cultural y procesos identitarias, inclusión y accesibilidad integral.
