Key responsibilities:
- develop and implement ehs policies, procedures, and programs.
- conduct regular ehs audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
- provide ehs training and education to employees and management.
- monitor and analyze ehs performance metrics and prepare reports for management.collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ehs considerations into business operations.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree
- minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ehs roles,
- in-depth knowledge of ehs regulations and standards.
- iso 14001, 45001 and 50001 in the latest version
- mexico legal compliance framework, safety, environment and energy applicable requirements
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- english - advanced
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
