overview
this role will focus on managing and optimizing document control processes within sharepoint, ensuring efficient document storage, access, and collaboration across teams.
responsibilities
administer and maintain document control systems within microsoft sharepoint
organize, structure, and manage document libraries and workflows
ensure proper version control, metadata, and document governance
support internal teams with sharepoint usage and best practices
improve document management processes and system efficiency
ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements
requirements
8–10 years of document control experience
strong expertise in microsoft sharepoint
experience with edms (electronic document management systems)
strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
ability to collaborate across teams and geographies
