Responsible to ensure that purchased goods, materials and services and company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply. You will hold responsibility for a specific project/region/business or hold a larger remit in terms of purchasing. You will negotiate midsize value contracts, complex requirements and meeting internal client objectives while achieving maximum overall cost effectiveness. You will directly interact with your internal stakeholders and with external vendors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver on customer needs
- Ensures material requirements in SAP in timely matter for procurement team.
- Follow up of materials supply deliveries with Buyers.
- Follow and update of metrics and reports such Inventory, Exception Messages, Open Requisitions, Supply risks escalations, Materials Monitor, Stocking Agreements, MRP Simulations, and especial projects.
- Set up organizational meetings to track and follow up with Procurement Buyers and Sourcing all raw material supply risk identified during Clear-To-Build (CTB) meetings and keep updated Supply risk escalations report.
- Responsible of attainment to PFEP.
- Assure NPI, EOL and ECNs follow up and execution on timely matter.
- Track and follow up Premium freight costs.
- Ensure all raw materials settings in Material Master.
- Participate on SIOP process and execute their responsibilities related to Inventory Planning such Inventory projections, supply coverage outlook.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor degree
- Engineering or Administration Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of experience on Supply Chain role, Production planning or Materials Planning.
- English INTERMEDIATE.
- 0-1 years of experience as Buyer or Sourcing.
- Ability to work self-directed and with others.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Kinaxis valued).
- Microsoft Office, (Intermediate-Advance MS Excel Knowledge, Word, Power Point).
