main responsibilities:
* gather and document business requirements related to insurance products and processes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
* support the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions, aligning with business objectives and delivering value.
* prepare high-quality documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories, facilitating effective communication.
* facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with various stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving results.
* serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring seamless translation of needs into deliverables.
required skills and qualifications:
* university degree in business administration, finance, information technology, systems engineering, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of proven experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry (preferably commercial insurance, property & casualty).
* in-depth knowledge of insurance sector products, processes, and regulations.
* exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
* experience in business process modeling and requirements management tools.
