Responsibilities
1. Government Affairs & Strategic Partnerships
- Act as the primary liaison with Mexican transportation authorities, urban planning bureaus, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor evolving automotive policies (EV subsidies, import regulations) and develop compliance strategies.
- Establish partnerships with fleet operators, industrial parks, and logistics hubs.
2. Enterprise Client Development
- Drive corporate sales by promoting NEV solutions to B2B clients (manufacturers, logistics companies, corporate fleets).
- Design tailored mobility packages (maintenance contracts, bulk purchase discounts).
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal.
3. Market Intelligence & Ecosystem Development
- Conduct competitive benchmarking vs. US/EU/Asia OEMs in the Mexican market, delivering insights to HQ.
- Build alliances with charging infrastructure providers, financial institutions, and aftermarket service networks.
Qualifications
Essential:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in automotive/industrial sectors with a proven track record in Mexico.
- Spanish + professional English.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican commercial vehicle procurement processes.
Preferred:
- Experience in New Energy Vehicle (NEV) sales.
- Existing relationships with Mexican automotive trade associations or government entities.
- Resilience under pressure, adaptability to frequent travel, and a proactive service mindset.
