*major accountabilities*
- engage with medical experts (mes) to educate them on medical/scientific information.
- ensure appropriate identification/association of mes/key accounts, including identifying opportunities involving mes when a medical need is identified, to provide support.
- develop/execute me engagement plans to effectively prioritize and strategically engage mes in line with the country's strategy.
- respond to unsolicited information requests from mes.
- assist in novartis clinical research programs, optimize trial execution, and provide scientific educational support for potential and actual study sites in collaboration with clinical operations.
- facilitate the investigator-initiated trials (iit) process upon investigator request.
- serve as a medical resource to field matrix colleagues.
- report technical complaints/adverse events/special case scenarios related to novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
- distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
*key performance indicators*
- lead scientific engagement with medical experts. Implement clinical and educational strategies and respond to unsolicited medical inquiries.

- management and execution of operations.

- 3 years of experience in the industry in related positions.
- desirable: medical specialist in hematology, mandatory: medical specialist in related specialties (internal medicine, oncology, immunology, genetics).
