this key role involves being the primary hr partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with mexican labor law and international standards.
responsibilities:
* serve as the main hr partner for employees and leadership, ensuring compliance with mexican labor law and international standards (iatf 16949, iso 9001).
* lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for technical and administrative roles.
* drive training programs in leadership, technical skills, safety, and regulatory compliance (including nom-035).
* manage hr operations, personnel files, payroll support, and benefits administration.
* oversee performance management, career development, and continuous improvement in hr processes.
* support both unionized and non-unionized environments, including negotiations and contract administration.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
* minimum 8 years of hr experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred).
* proven experience in labor law (lft, stps), nom-035, iso/iatf standards.
* strong interpersonal skills to work with teams and leadership.
* knowledge of hris (successfactors, sap hr, or similar).
* bilingual proficiency (spanish and english).
