• lead the daily operations of all outlets: restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and support areas.
• ensure full compliance with sls brand standards and luxury service guidelines.
• oversee setups, service flow, timing, and presentation of food and beverage offerings.
• guarantee premium, high-quality culinary experiences aligned with the property's luxury concept.
• manage guest feedback, complaints, and surveys, implementing prompt corrective actions.
• monitor uniformity, service excellence, and hospitality standards across all f&b teams.
• develop and manage the annual departmental budget.

position requirements
education
• bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, tourism, or a related field.
• specialized training in food & beverage management preferred.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in luxury hotels (all-inclusive experience strongly preferred).
• proven experience managing high-volume operations (300+ rooms).
• experience leading large, multicultural teams.
