About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Supervisor to oversee and enhance human resources processes, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is key in driving employee engagement, talent development, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Develop and track HR metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).
