what you will do
* source potential client opportunities via cold calling, cold emailing campaigns, and interaction with professional industry networks.
* attend meetings, international conferences, and organize regional roadshows and business trips to build pipeline and achieve targets.
* build, organize and execute a business development plan to achieve business aims and sales targets.
* utilize and develop innovative strategies to maximize results and win over challenging targets.
* respond to all incoming product inquiries, referrals and leads in a timely and effective manner.
* prepare accurate quotes, develop and present proposals to clients professionally and confidently.
* organize online or in-person product demonstrations and advanced training sessions.
* maintain accurate records of business development activities in salesforce.
* achieve sales kpis and targets; complete sales with proactive engagement.
* maintain regular contact with prospective clients and new accounts.
* identify upgrade opportunities with existing clients and generate new sales from these organizations.
* negotiate contracts to balance client value with thn's profitability.
* ensure documentation is complete post-sales to set up trials and move the client to a subscription.
* provide client feedback on products to the product development team for review and improvement.
* demonstrate commitment to the team to achieve goals and slas; adopt processes to sustain high service levels.
* identify shortfalls in processes and suggest improvements.
who you are
* 2+ years of relevant experience in sales and new business development.
* strong knowledge of the travel/hospitality industry.
* strong business and people skills, including planning, presentation, and sales abilities.
* excellent communication skills to interface with all levels and teams.
* fluent in spanish and english.
* strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a dynamic environment.
* ability to perform under pressure and travel frequently.
* ability to lead meetings with c-levels of global chains and present at conferences.
