job responsibilities
* lead end‑to‑end project implementation, including timelines, milestones, risks, stakeholder communication, and governance.
* coordinate warehouse operational readiness, including layout, infrastructure, equipment, sops, and team onboarding.
* manage budget and cost control for implementation activities, ensuring alignment with the approved financial model.
* maintain and elevate risk/issue logs, driving mitigation actions to protect timelines and service levels.
* serve as the primary customer contact during implementation, leading meetings, managing expectations, and overseeing go‑live and stabilization.
what we’re looking for
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
* experience in logistics, warehousing, or 3pl is preferred.
* strong communication and stakeholder management skills (english required).
* organizational, analytical, and risk‑management capabilities.
* proficiency in office tools (excel, powerpoint).
