*coordinador de revenue*company: mita residential*location: nuevo vallarta (mainly) and punta mita, nayarit, mexico*.*about mita residential*: mita residential is a premier luxury property management and rental company in the exclusive punta mita community.we specialize in offering high-end vacation rentals and personalized property management services to a discerning clientele.the company received an investment in * from encinno capital, a search fund, and is currently pursuing an aggressive growth strategy consistent with its mission of becoming mexico's best and most prominent property manager in the luxury segment.*position summary*:the revenue cordinator will help develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize revenue growth, occupancy, and profitability across the company's portfolio of luxury properties.this role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, proactive, tech-savvy, and preferably knowledge of the luxury hospitality market.*key responsibilities*:- *strategic leadership and planning*:? Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with the company's business goals and market positioning.? Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor performance, and market demand.? Lead the forecasting process, utilizing data analytics to predict future demand and adjust strategies accordingly.- *pricing and property management*:? Oversee dynamic pricing strategies to optimize rates and maximize revenue.? Add new properties to property management software and update information as needed.- *data analysis and reporting*:? Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (kpis) such as revpar, adr, occupancy rates.? Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting revenue performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.- *distribution channel management*:? Optimize the mix of distribution channels, balancing direct and indirect bookings to minimize costs and maximize reach.- *collaboration and communication*:? Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and it to ensure alignment and integration of revenue management strategies.? Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including property owners and senior management.- *compliance and risk management*:? Ensure compliance with rate parity agreements across all distribution channels.?
