*position summary*:the revenue cordinator will help develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize revenue growth, occupancy, and profitability across the company's portfolio of luxury properties.this role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, proactive, tech-savvy, and preferably knowledge of the luxury hospitality market.
*key responsibilities*:- *strategic leadership and planning*:?
develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with the company's business goals and market positioning.
?Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitor performance, and market demand.
?Lead the forecasting process, utilizing data analytics to predict future demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
- *pricing and property management*:?
oversee dynamic pricing strategies to optimize rates and maximize revenue.
?Add new properties to property management software and update information as needed.
- *data analysis and reporting*:?
monitor and analyze key performance indicators (kpis) such as revpar, adr, occupancy rates.
?Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting revenue performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
- *distribution channel management*:?
optimize the mix of distribution channels, balancing direct and indirect bookings to minimize costs and maximize reach.
- *collaboration and communication*:?
work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and it to ensure alignment and integration of revenue management strategies.
?Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including property owners and senior management.
- *compliance and risk management*:?
ensure compliance with rate parity agreements across all distribution channels.
?Identify and mitigate risks related to pricing, inventory, and market fluctuations.
*qualifications*:- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- minimum three years of experience in administration or front desk, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- strong analytical skills, highly proactive, independent.
- tech-savvy.
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
