first things first: what is this role about?
we are insider, the world’s first integrated growth management platform, loved by marketers for crafting experiences for top enterprise brands. We help brands connect customer data across channels, predict future behavior with ai, and individualize experiences. We are expanding our marketing team across 25 countries and are looking for a marketing manager, spanish speaking latam. If you are a self-starter passionate about b2b marketing and eager to build the market presence of a unicorn saas company in the largest market in the world, this could be your perfect role. Join our dynamic marketing team to develop and elevate our spanish speaking latam marketing strategy. day-to-day responsibilities of a field marketing manager at insider include:
* building and executing the marketing strategy for spanish speaking latam, collaborating closely with global and local sales teams to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversions
* managing all local marketing activities: demand generation, abm, events, customer marketing, web, content, and pr
* owning the latin america website, continuously improving local content to increase traffic and lead conversions
* overseeing the event marketing calendar, organizing insider and industry events from speaker recruitment to logistics
* creating locally relevant assets such as case studies, whitepapers, and guides to support sales and campaigns
* collaborating with sales to measure program performance and lead quality
we are looking for candidates who:
* hold a master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* have previous experience in b2b marketing, preferably in saas
* possess good knowledge of the digital space
* experience with email marketing tools and webinar tools is a plus
* have strong project management and organizational skills
* demonstrate strong creative problem-solving skills
* exhibit extraordinary attention to detail
* have excellent event planning and execution skills
* maintain a positive attitude
* are fluent in english and spanish
