principal job objective:
* ensure compliance with local quality assurance requirements, healthcare regulation standards for warehouses, and adherence to corporate policies and certification standards. Additionally, maintain the quality system related to warehouse processes and finished product distribution.
activities:
* foster a culture of compliance with norms and ethical business practices within the organization.
* drive the implementation of the ethics and compliance program, and prevent, detect, and correct violations of law, baxter policies, and the code of conduct.
* implement baxter's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the global interaction policy and third-party policy, supporting processes with employee induction and training.
* identify compliance and legal risks within the country/cluster.
* understand healthcare regulations, corporate policies, and internal procedures. Update current processes and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with current regulations, modifying standard operating procedures as needed.
* follow up on complaints, protocols, non-conformities, audit findings, and change controls.

* coordinate staff training and qualification, and contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse and distribution processes.
