we are seeking a detail-oriented administrative coordinator to provide administrative support to our managers and employees. This role involves performing various tasks such as:
 * providing phone support and scheduling appointments when necessary.
 * preparing and distributing emails, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
 * ordering office supplies.
 * managing travel arrangements.
 * assisting in the supervision of regular travel reports.
 * processing expense reports and commission reports from representatives.
 * handling accounts payable and monthly billing close for technical services.
the ideal candidate will have:
 * an administration-related bachelor's degree.
 * familiarity with the sat platform.
 * knowledge of erp systems, preferably etendo.
 * general knowledge of import activities.
 * excellent spoken and written english (90% or above).
 * proficiency in office software.
 * a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the industry.
